WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON: INFINITE FLEET

Infinite Fleet is an ambitious MMO strategy game. It is set in space in the near future, where humanity has expanded and established several colonies across nearby star systems. But a ferocious alien race - the Atrox - has been decimating the human race. As a player, you will be assigned the command of a fleet of next-generation spaceships that will help to turn the tide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Oversee and optimize all elements of production, including the roadmap, budget, workflows, and processes
• Participate in the hiring, development and training of the production team to ensure all producers are enabling the rest of the team to work effectively
• Reporting to, and working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the vision of Infinite Fleet is being implemented effectively
• Act as the central information hub and clear out any communication blockers and misaligned expectations
• Lead, inspire and enable the Infinite Fleet development team
• Perform other related duties in line with assignments
  
  

ABOUT YOU

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position/with similar responsibilities, within the gaming industry
• You have spearheaded the production of and shipped at least 1 AA/AAA title
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are fluent in English and have the ability to explain and deliver accurate information
• You are a team player with excellent organizational skills. You are passionate about video games, organized, and high detail-oriented
• You have no problem working the usual 9-6 hours, in a remote setting
• It will be a big plus if you are interested in sci-fi
