We are looking for a Lead Game Designer to join and supervise the work of our game designers!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON: INFINITE FLEET

Infinite Fleet is an ambitious MMO strategy game. It is set in space in the near future, where humanity has expanded and established several colonies across nearby star systems. But a ferocious alien race - the Atrox - has been decimating the human race. As a player, you will be assigned the command of a fleet of next-generation spaceships that will help to turn the tide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Understand consumer needs and ensure that the elements developed by the team will contribute to player satisfaction and enjoyment
  
• According to the production capacity, plan, detail, and supervise the workload of the design team
• Establish standards for formal design documentation and tools for the project.
• Ensure the team’s performance and the on-time delivery of the game design production objectives
• Actively act as a regular liaison in the decision-making process with management and oversee the necessary adjustments to ensure that the game design team meets expectations
• Supervise and be responsible for providing clear and structured project documents to ensure that gameplay intentions are understood (ingredients, game system, gaming modes, behavior specifications, etc.)
• Participate in the hiring process of team members, lead the team and carry out performance reviews and assessments
• Perform other related duties in line with assignments

ABOUT YOU

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position / with similar responsibilities
• You have shipped 1-2 AAA titles as Lead/Senior Game Designer
• You have experience in supervising a game design team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are fluent in English and have the ability to explain and deliver accurate information
• You are a team player with good analytical skills. You are creative, organized, and high detail-oriented
• You have strong knowledge and understanding of gameplay mechanics, player data analysis, and player motivation
• It will be a big plus if you are familiar with/interested in the cryptocurrency industry
