We are looking for a Game QA Tester to join our team, to ensure that the game is high quality and maintain the game's reputation in this complex and large-scale project!

THE PROJECT: INFINITE FLEET

Infinite Fleet is an ambitious MMO strategy game. It is set in space in the near future, where humanity has expanded and established several colonies across nearby star systems. But a ferocious alien race - the Atrox - has been decimating the human race. As a player, you will be assigned the command of a fleet of next-generation spaceships that will help to turn the tide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute tests based on QA pipeline, to ensure code and capability quality
• Verify new feature Design requirements are met in each release while also ensuring existing functionality is maintained without regressions
• Implement tests, debug, and define remediating actions
• Identify, record, and monitor bugs
• Work closely with the Technical Director, Game Producers, and the Game QA Tester
• Perform other related duties in line with assignments

ABOUT YOU

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position / with similar responsibilities in the gaming industry
• You have experience in writing and executing comprehensive tests plans and cases, using automated testing and scripting tools like Cypress or Selenium
• You are familiar with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are fluent in English and have the ability to explain and deliver accurate information
• You are a team player with good problem-solving skills. You are meticulous and highly detail-oriented
