We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, to work closely with the HR Officer on all phases of the recruitment process, from the elaboration of the strategies to the onboarding of the new employees!

WHO WE ARE AT PIXELMATIC

Infinite Fleet is an ambitious MMO strategy game. It is set in space in the near future, where humanity has expanded and established several colonies across nearby star systems. But a ferocious alien race - the Atrox - has been decimating the human race. As a player, you will be assigned the command of a fleet of next-generation spaceships that will help to turn the tide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Understand the team’s current and future hiring needs
• Write and post job descriptions
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews with candidates (preliminary phone screening, video interview, offer negotiations, and issuance)
• Coordinate with the Hiring Managers on preliminary interviews feedback, technical interview scheduling, assignment feedback
• Actively follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Conduct market research to help us better understand the talent market and the latest recruitment trends
• Source and identify innovative ways of job advertisements and talent search
• Work closely with the Human Resources Officer
• Perform other related duties in line with assignments

ABOUT YOU

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position / with similar responsibilities
• Excellent written communication skills; you are fluent in English and have the ability to convey ideas and accurate information in a clear, concise, and conversational manner
• You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You are people-oriented, organized, and highly detail-oriented, eager to evolve in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the team's development by finding the missing Commanders!
• It will be a big plus if you are familiar with/interested in the gaming industry and cryptocurrencies
• You have no problem working outside the usual 9-to-6 hours, and in a remote setting
